Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my Shipping & Delivery options?

In-Person Pickup

In-Person Pickup is available for select products and customers. This option MUST be approved by Matrix Apparel LLC ("Matrix"), and shall be approved at the sole discretion of Matrix. If you select in-person pickup, and the pickup request is declined, Matrix and/or a representative will cancel and refund your order and contact you with instruction to resubmit the order with an appropriate shipping option. Best practice is to email (matrixapparelllc@gmail.com) or call (513-535-2702) prior to ordering to receive approval for In-Person Pickup. Please call or email with questions at any time.

Free Shipping

Certain orders and customers can qualify for free shipping, and is situational. Additionally, it is at the sole discretion of Matrix. Prior orders being approved for free shipping does NOT bind Matrix to waive shipping charges for future orders, regardless of the customer or products ordered. Services rendered will not carry shipping charges, unless something physical must be shipped in order complete the agreed upon services.

Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated by Shopify, and processed at Checkout. These fees are subject to change, with or without notice, and are at the sole discretion of Matrix.

Shipping Lead Times

Shipping lead times will be affected by many variables, both in and outside the control of Matrix. Some common variables affecting lead time are inventory levels, type of product orders, seasonally affected lead-times and more. This list is non-exhaustive, and can change at any time. Lead-time is considered to describe the length of time between an order being fulfilled with physical product, and delivered to your front door.

*** these shipping lead times do not include production time. All products are made to order. Please allow 3-6 weeks for production.

Depending on the shipping selected, Matrix will contact buyers with additional questions or information as needed. ALL times and dates given for product delivery are good faith estimates ONLY, and never guaranteed.

Subscription Based Purchases

International Orders

We do our best to accommodate international order in a similar manner to domestic orders, however, there may be additional charges and/or information regarding your order that is important for you to know.
